This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) synchronizes the Nodal Operating Guide with revisions proposed by NPRR529, Congestion Management Plan. [ERCOT] Language Review 111NOGRR Synchronization with NPRR527, Required Combined Cycle Telemetry for Operational Awareness and PDCWG Analysis. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) synchronizes the Nodal Operating Guide with NPRR527, Required Combined Cycle Telemetry for Operational Awareness and PDCWG Analysis, requires Combined Cycle Generation Resources to telemeter individual High Sustainable Limits (HSLs) for gas and steam turbines. The HSLs for combustion and steam turbines were previously submitted in zonal and ERCOT requests this practice be resumed in the nodal. [ERCOT] Language Review 114NOGRR Synchronization with NPRR540, Clarification of Credible Single Contingency. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) revises the use of Credible Single Contingency to align with actual practice and with NPRR540. [OWG] 116NOGRR Synchronization with NPRR542, Clarification of the Use of Emergency Condition. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies the use of Emergency Condition and synchronizes the Nodal Operating Guides with NPRR542. [OWG] IA Review. NPRR542 was tabled at PRS, may need to table until next month. 118NOGRR Hydro Responsive Test Reporting. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) revises the requirement for ERCOT to develop a monthly report related to hydro responsive tests to a quarterly report. [ERCOT] IA Review 120NOGRR Black Start Plan Template Revision. This NOGRR provides substantial additional details and clarifications to the Black Start Plan Template. (BSWG) Language review 528NPRR Clarification of Assessment of Chronic Congestion. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) consolidates into one section, the steps ERCOT will take when active or binding transmission constraints are identified. [ERCOT] 529NPRR Congestion Management Plan. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) defines Congestion Management Plan (CMP) and several subcategories such as a Mitigation Plan and a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) and clarifies actions to be taken when Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) is unable to resolve a constraint causing a security violation. [ERCOT] 540NPRR Clarification of Credible Single Contingency. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) revises the use of Credible Single Contingency to align with actual practice. This System Change Request (SCR) adds fields to the Outage Scheduler in order to provide information on changes to approved Outages, and adds a report on cancelled Outages.
