Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) defines Constraint Management Plan (CMP) and several subcategories such as a Mitigation Plan and a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) and clarifies actions to be taken when Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) is unable to resolve a constraint causing a security violation.
