This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns the Nodal Operating Guides with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standard, BAL-001-TRE-1. [PDCWG] NOGRR147 Reactive Power Testing Requirements. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) revises the language in Section 3.3.2.1, Corrected Unit Reactive Limits (CURL), to harmonize the ERCOT reactive testing requirements with the recently approved North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standards. NOGRR -- Voltage Control Steven Solis 149 NOGRR - This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) revises the definition of "Transmission Operator" to establish a "Bright Line" threshold (annual peak MW) below which a Distribution Service Provider (DSP) owning no transmission or generation facilities, and who is not provided or offered Transmission Operator (TO) services from their incumbent Transmission Service Provider (TSP) or wholesale power supplier, would be exempted from having to procure designated TO services from a third-party provider.
