ERCOT Planning and Wind Coalition. · 054NOGRR Change Facilitator for the Annual Operations Seminar This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) changes the responsibility of the annual Operations Training Seminar from the Texas Reliability Entity (TRE) to ERCOT. [CNP] · 055NOGRR Deletion of an Invalid Reference to a Non-Existent NERC Term This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) removes an invalid reference to a non-existent North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) term.
