Summary

This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) provides the format for a Mass Customer List to be used by a Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) / Municipally Owned Utility (MOU)/Electric Cooperative (EC) TDSP to inform Market Participants of all customers in its service territories when entering competition or expanding its service territory.
