RMS update o RMS agreed to leave NPRR796, Extended Character Set Clean Up tabled pending review of ERCOT comments. o RMS approved 144RMGRR-01 Elimination of REP-Specific Switch Hold Lists 121316. o NPRR778, Modifications to Date Change and Cancellation Evaluation Window ERCOT Changed Project Start date to October 2017 with implementation in 2018. RMS membership expressed disappointment and requested an earlier implementation date. ERCOT stated earliest implementation to be Sept 2017 if changes to project start date can be made
