PGRR038 Require ERCOT to Report Circuits Loaded Above 95% of Their Facility Rating
ReasonAddresses current operational issues; and Other: The Operations and Planning Synchronization Task Force (OPSTF) identified several factors that could lead to overloads in operations that were not observed in planning studies. This PGRR will require ERCOT to report circuits that are near overload so that planners are aware of them.
