Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) creates a trading Hub “Lower Rio Grande Valley 138/345 kV Hub (LRGV 138/345)” in the ERCOT lower Rio Grande Valley. The NPRR also excludes this new Hub from the existing ERCOT-wide Hub average and Bus average calculations in Sections 3.5.2.6 and 3.5.2.7.
