Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) places a floor on energy on units carrying Non-Spinning Reserves (Non-Spin) and Responsive Reserves (RRS) and/or Regulation Up Service (Reg-Up) concurrently to ensure the Non-Spin capacity is priced above the $75/MWh floor.
