Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes the requirement for the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) recipient of a Verbal Dispatch Instruction (VDI) confirmation to include the name of the individual that received the VDI confirmation within the electronic acknowledgement. The current systems utilized for the VDI confirmations do not support this requirement.
