Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies discretion for ERCOT to adjust Operating Days used in the calculation of Outstanding Unpaid Transactions (OUT), consistent with certain other components of Estimated Aggregate Liability (EAL). This NPRR also provides clarification of the appropriate Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction clearing price to be used when there have been multiple auctions for the same period and specifies required financial statements.
