Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) aligns the Protocols with the current systems. The proposed changes properly reflect the current Responsive Reserve (RRS) which is supplied from Load Resources into the PRC calculation. This NPRR also deletes the method for calculating the PRC from Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) Levels 1 and 2.
