Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) replaces the concept of “Digital Certificates” throughout the Protocols with references to more technology-neutral means whereby restricted Market Information System (MIS) access is granted to certain Market Participant users by each individual Market Participant’s User Security Administrator (USA).
