Summary
This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) allows for single phase current magnitude/angle data for an interconnected Intermittent Renewable Resource (IRR) over 20 MVA to be taken from either side of the main power transformer where turbines exist on a feeder(s) that were aggregated to two or more IRRs.
