Discuss how to determine which case build the off-cycle .idv’s correspond with and easily tell where they should be applied. Discuss improvements to the naming convention and stricter validation from ERCOT. Sometime posted off-cycle .idvs cause non-convergence or other case issues and there is no clear path forward to address these. Discuss Contingency definitions not being updated with off-cycle changes. Can off-cycle topology changes be applied to cases that the contingencies are validated against? — Zach W.
