VCMRR018  Verifiable Cost Manual Revision Request Process

This Verifiable Cost Manual Revision Request (VCMRR) aligns the Verifiable Cost Manual revision process with the ERCOT Protocols and Market Guides. More specifically, it revises the length of the comment period for newly submitted VCMRRs from 7 to 14 days; requires review of all VCMRR Impact Analyses by WMS; aligns the process for submission and review of Urgent VCMRRs with other revision request types; expands the list of VCMRRs requiring ERCOT Board approval; and provides additional general revisions to mirror the ERCOT Protocols and Market Guides. These process changes were discussed at the 8/25/16 TAC/TAC Subcommittee Structural and Procedural Review, the 9/29/16 TAC meeting, and the 10/10/16 HR & Governance Committee meeting.
