VCMRR016  Reformatting of the Verifiable Cost Manual

This Administrative Verifiable Cost Manual Revision Request (VCMRR) reformats all Sections of the Verifiable Cost Manual to align it with the formatting schemes used in the ERCOT Protocols and Other Binding Documents (OBDs). This VCMRR also removes the Revision and Approval table as this information duplicative of the information available at respective VCMRR web pages on ERCOT.com.
