SCR748 Website Enhancements for ERCOT Outage Notifications
ReasonThe current method that ERCOT uses to inform Retail Market Participants of an ERCOT planned or unplanned system outage is e-mail. It has been noted that a more robust process is needed. The website changes identified in this SCR will be enhancements to those notifications and in no way replace those.
