ReasonThese changes will eliminate confusion that Retail Electric Providers (REPs) may have when submitting standard and priority safety-net requests as well as emergency reconnect requests to TDSPs. New Appendix J3, Declaración De Nuevo Ocupante (New Occupant Statement -- Spanish), provides Competitive Retailers (CRs) the ability to have both English and Spanish versions available when taking move in applications from retail Customers.
