Summary
This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) reduces the comment period for RMGRRs from 21 days to 14 days and removes the requirement for the comment period to end at least three Business Days prior to the next regularly scheduled Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) meeting.
