RMGRR078  Adding Additional Fields to the Customer Billing Contact Information File (formerly "Add E-mail Field to the Customer Billing Contact Information File")

This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) adds an e-mail field to the Customer Billing Contact Information (CBCI) file to facilitate ERCOT compliance with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) project, Rulemaking Relating to Providers of Last Resort, Project No. 35769 and adds the Electric Service Identifier (ESI ID) field to the response file ERCOT sends to the submitting Competitive Retailer. This RMGRR also updates terminology to be consistent with terms used in Project No. 35769.
