RMGRR048  Retail Market Guide Revision Process

This RMGRR outlines the Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) approval process and allows for modified RMS Recommendation Reports to go directly to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) after RMS consideration. After RMS considers a RMGRR, ERCOT posts a RMS Recommendation which is reviewed and considered by RMS at the next scheduled meeting. This RMGRR introduces a twenty one day comment period after the RMS Recommendation Report is posted and eliminates the additional comment period for modifications to the RMS Recommendation Report. Also, there are several non-substantive modifications throughout this RMGRR to clarify the language.
