This RMGRR introduces revisions and additions to Section 7.11, Mass Customer Transition Process. Specifically this RMGRR: 1. Describes the process for a Mass Customer Transition; 2. Documents the roles and responsibilities for parties involved when a Mass Transition Event occurs; 3. Outlines the process for submission of Customer billing contact information; and 4. Adds a new Appendix for Customer billing contact information. 5. Adds a new Appendix for Reporting of POLR Customer class to the PUCT.
