RMGRR017 Transaction Timing Matrix
ReasonThe transaction matrix was approved by RMS on May 14, 2004, but RMGRR008 was held until after PRR518 implementation. CenterPoint Energy has identified several processing requirements that should be specified as either Business Hours or Retail Business Days. Furthermore, these changes more accurately reflect actual processing times used by the market and coincide with Protocol Section 15 revisions implemented with PRR518.
