RMGRR010 Disconnect/Reconnect Process Guide Field Service Exceptions
Reason§§VII.D Field Service Exceptions has been added to convey the TDSP Field Service Representatives discretion that may be used when completing a disconnection order that may result in a hazardous condition at the premise. §§VII.F Force Majeure has been updated to indicate the TDSP notification process of force majeure events. §§VIII.B Other Charges has been updated to reflect Move Out activity on disconnected premises.
