Summary
This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) establishes a limit for Interconnecting Entities (IEs) to complete an application to request a Full Interconnection Study (FIS) within 60 days of submittal. An FIS will be considered not to have been requested if the application is not completed within 60 days.
