Summary
This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) clarifies the models Resource Entities (REs) and Interconnecting Entities (IEs) are required to provide to complete a Full Interconnection Study (FIS) application. Dynamic model data and model quality tests should be provided prior to the start of a stability study.
