Summary
This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) creates a standardized declaration form to facilitate compliance with the declaration submission requirement in paragraph (2) of Section 5.3.2 and modifies this paragraph to require submission of this standardized declaration. This PGRR also adds a declaration for adequate water rights which must be submitted to ERCOT upon execution of the Standard Generation Interconnection Agreement (SGIA).
