OBDRR018  Related to NPRR1003, Elimination of References to Resource Asset Registration Form – Procedure for Identifying Resource Nodes

This Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) aligns the Procedure for Identifying Resource Nodes with changes proposed in NPRR1003, by replacing all remaining references to the Resource Asset Registration Form (“RARF”) with more general language in anticipation of the elimination of the RARF.
