Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) modifies the calculation of the wind and solar capacities used in the Report on Capacity, Demand and Reserves in the ERCOT Region (CDR). It also better aligns the solar capacity calculation with the wind capacity calculation.
