Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes the ERCOT Polled Settlement (EPS) Meter requirement for Non Opt-In Entity (NOIE) points of delivery that realize bi-directional flows as a result of generation that is interconnected to the Distribution System. NOIE Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) would assume the responsibility for supplying ERCOT with this meter data.
