Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) updates Section 10, Metering, to clarify that upon receiving meter data transactions from a Transmission Service Provider (TSP) or Distribution Service Provider (DSP), ERCOT will forward the transaction/s to the Competitive Retailer (CR), as designated by the TSP or DSP.
