Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) extends the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction process into the third year forward; revises the percentages sold in the CRR Long-Term Auction Sequence; and makes aligning changes to the timetable for modifying Load Zones.
