Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) improves Regulation-Up Service (Reg-Up) and Regulation-Down Service (Reg-Down); and replaces Non-Spinning Reserve (Non-Spin) and Responsive Reserve Service (RRS) Ancillary Services with a combination of four new Ancillary Services: Fast Frequency Response Service (FFRS), Primary Frequency Response Service (PFRS), Contingency Reserve Service (CRS), and Supplemenetal Reserve Service (SRS).
