Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that the ERCOT Operator has discretion as to when to send a notification to affected Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) when an Ancillary Service is found to be undeliverable due to infeasibility during a RUC Study Period.
