Summary
A portion of Sharyland Load (Brady area Load) that is entering retail competition after May 1, 2014 currently resides in the LCRA Load Zone and is subject to the Non-Opt-In Entity (NOIE) Load Zone three-year restriction, which prevents the Load from moving into a Competitive Load Zone with the rest of the Sharyland Load. This NPRR exempts the Sharyland Brady Load from the three-year NOIE Load Zone restriction and allows it to merge into a Competitive Load Zone upon transition to retail choice after May 1, 2014.
