Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) updates the Default Uplift Invoice allocation process to incorporate Wholesale Storage Load (WSL) volumes in order to equitably distribute costs to the market in case of a market shortfall; and corrects the definition for the variable MEBL.
