Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes statement of opportunity language in the Protocols that is duplicative of requirements in P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.505, Resource Adequacy in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas Power Region. ERCOT will continue to comply with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) rule by retaining the posting requirement in the Protocols.
