NPRR466 Asset Depreciation Schedule for Capital Contributions
ReasonAs part of its approval of NPRR432, Deployment of Resources to Alleviate Anticipated Emergency Conditions, the ERCOT Board directed TAC to develop an appropriate asset depreciation schedule that would apply to the capital contribution repayment obligation for Resources contracted to provide capacity pursuant to Section 6.5.1.1 that subsequently decide to re-enter the market.
