NPRR460 WGR Ramp Rate Limitations
ReasonThis revision allows WGRs to be fully dispatched on or fully curtailed off in one Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) dispatch interval. This would allow for a more efficient dispatch of Resources and more precise curtailment instructions to WGRs.
