NPRR #433 · Revision Request
NPRR433 Clarification of Ancillary Service Obligation Calculation Process
ReasonThe current language implies Ancillary Service Obligation amounts are created at the Load Serving Entity (LSE) level when in fact they are only created at the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) level by aggregating LSE Load Ratio Shares (LRSs). This NPRR corrects the Protocol language to match current ERCOT processes.
