This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) adds details to Section 4.4.4.2 to describe the ERCOT adjustment process when Oklaunion-exempt Load exceeds the actual net output of the Oklaunion Resource and adds the requirement to designate a non-exempt Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE).
