NPRR301 Correct Energy Trade Language for Adjustment Period

ReasonThe EEI Amendment recognized that a trade entered in the Adjustment Period may require time for entry and confirmation by parties in the ERCOT Systems. Therefore they have included a 30 minute period prior to the next clock hour deadline after which the trade will fall to the Hourly Reliability Unit Commitment (HRUC) that immediately follows the next HRUC execution. An alternative to this language is to strike the sentence altogether as it is now appropriately managed by the EEI language. Both options are shown below.

Summary
