ReasonThere have been multiple inquiries in market forums about how Raise/Lower Block Status are used in the ERCOT systems, particularly with respect to Load Frequency Control (LFC) and Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED). This NPRR seeks to give clear direction as to when enabling of Block Status telemetry is warranted.
