Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) provides language for effective participation of Quick Start Generation Resources (QSGRs) in Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED). Revisions for which implementation is not necessary prior to the Texas Nodal Market Implementation Date are grey-boxed. See also the White Paper entitled "Proposal for Determining Mitigated Cap Variable O&M Cost for Quick Start Generation Resources" included with this NPRR submission as an attachment.
