Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies the difference between Ancillary Service capacity deployment and energy deployment and how it affects Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED). This NPRR also proposes non-substantive administrative changes, such as correcting acronym and defined term usage and section references.
