Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) synchronizes the Nodal Protocols with changes being proposed to the zonal Protocols through Protocol Revision Request (PRR) 785. This NPRR changes the required Black Start Unit Load Carrying Test from once every six years to once every five years.
