Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) establishes a maximum limit on the amount of Responsive Reserve (RRS) that a Resource can provide using Primary Frequency Response ("PFR"). An initial static limit of 157 megawatts (MW) is proposed, and this limit is intended to be reevaluated annually as part of the Ancillary Services Methodology review and approval process.
