Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) implements the State of Charge (SOC) concepts necessary for awareness, accounting, and monitoring of SOC for ESRs within the RTC+B implementation and allow the design to evolve from the interim solutions being proposed under NPRR1186.
