Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) assigns ERCOT-Polled Settlement (EPS) Metering Facilities maintenance and repair responsibilities to the owner of the Metering Facilities when such is not owned by a Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP).
